Opera releases Opera Mini 4.1

Opera Mini 4.1Yesterday, Opera released a new version of their “Mini” browser for mobile phones. Opera Mini 4.1 has left the beta stage, acting as the new successor to the Mini browser line as an alternative to other mobile browsers. Little has changed since the original beta release, but the features themselves are interesting and useful for cells. For instance, URL guessing based on search is available along with web page data highlighting.

It is easy to get this browser confused with Opera Mobile, which is a more potent but paid version of their mobile lineup. Opera Mini is, of course, completely free, and [url=http://www.operamini.com/is easily downloaded[/url] from Opera's site. If you happen to browse from your phone often, it's at least worth a try. Opera Mini has seen some very fast development, with the original release coming out just over two years ago.
