Contohnya, dalam satu minggu, Sabtu berlari, senin rabu jalan, dan jumat bersepeda. Grace menambahkan, "Pilihan olahraga dapat ditentukan masing-masing individu dengan minat dan fasilitas yang ada. Namun rambu-rambu yang penting adalah memilih jenis olahraga yang bersifat aerobik".

Under its gorgeous exterior, the "Cougatti" is still distinctly pedestrian, and remains equipped with its original 2.5-liter V6 engine that produces roughly 170 horsepower. This is in stark contrast to the 8-liter 16-cylinder powerplant of the real car, which produces a neck-snapping 1,000 horses.

Still, for the price of a Porsche, there's not much you can complain about when the car is a nearly indistinguishable replica of the fastest road car in the world. Not to mention the fact that some other Bugatti tributes can cost an order of magnitude more, and are never meant to leave your office.

A New Nude World Record

A nude world record was set recently when 400 people stripped off naked and went running into the sea. People came to South Wales from all over the globe to take part in the world skinny-dipping record on Rhossili Beach, Gower.

They tore off their clothes shortly before 8am and bravely ran into the water shrieking and whooping with delight seemingly unperturbed by the wet and wind conditions.

But their cries of joy were replaced by ooohs and aaahs once their naked bodies entered into the icy sea temperature. Skinny dipper Lizzy White, 25, said: 'I have flown in from Australia via Brazil to take part - what was I thinking of?

'But it was great fun and very exhilarating to strip off and dive into the waves, even if they are a lot colder than what I'm used to.'

Shivering first-time skinny dipper Steve Absalom, 29, said: 'I'm quite shy and I have never swam naked before so to do it in front of 400 people was a bit of an eye-opener.

Wind-powered car sets records

Two German inventors have created an electric vehicle that recharges the battery through a wind turbine carried in the car. To test the vehicle, the duo recently completed a 3,100-mile trek across Australia.

It is almost like German adventurers Dirk Gion and Stefan Simmerer saw the latest models of electric cars, and decided to see if they could go out and make the manufacturers feel bad. In a move that will have green aficionados cheering and gearheads gently weeping at the state of the world, a new electric car powered by a wind turbine has just been unleashed into the Australian wilds.

The vehicle, known as the Wind Explorer, uses an electric battery similar to those found in most of the current generation of electric cars like the Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf, but rather than needing to plug in every night, the Wind Explorer comes standard with a 20-foot retractable bamboo mast that holds a wind turbine to charge the battery. The Wind Runner can also be powered—or perhaps more accurately “dragged”—by a kite, assuming of course that there is ample wind. The result is a lightweight electric car that weighs under 500 pounds and has a top speed of 55 miles an hour, all with close to zero emissions.

BMW Assist is the automaker's connected-telematics system that integrates GPS positioning, cellular connectivity, and something of a concierge service to give you access to a live operator who will assist the driver with locating destinations (and cueing up the vehicle's turn-by-turn directions) or alerting first responder services in the event of an emergency.

The system also enables hands-free calling with voice activated dialing and supports Bluetooth PBAP, allowing it to automatically import contacts from a paired handset that also supports this profile. A2DP audio streaming is not supported, so smartphone users wanting to get their Internet streaming-radio fix will need to use the BMW's analog auxiliary input.

Spanish Press Hails 'Epic' World Cup Win

Spanish newspapers on Monday hailed Spain’s “epic” and “historic” first ever World Cup win. “Champions of the world,” top-selling daily El Pais said on its front page above a photo of keeper Iker Casillas holding the trophy above his head as he stood surrounded by his teammates.

“The national team has consolidated the leadership of a dazzling generation,” it added.

The newspaper called the 1-0 extra-time win over the Netherlands in Johannesburg the “epic which was missing from Spanish sports, which has lived in glory following a cascade of successes.” “Champions,” wrote right-wing newspaper ABC on its front page below a similar photo of Casillas holding the trophy.

“It is the biggest success in the history of Spanish football, a title which when added to other no less relevant titles, places Spain in the leadership of the major spanish sports like basketball, tennis, cycling or motorcycle racing,” it added in an editorial. “From here to eternity,” wrote centre-right daily El Mundo on its front page.

On a roll: Golfer records 5 holes-in-one in a week

Central Illinois amateur golfer Curt Hocker is on a roll. Five rolls, to be exact. Just ask anyone at the El Paso Golf Club, where the 22-year-old has recorded five holes-in-one in the last week, including two on Saturday. In this year alone, Hocker has seven aces, five on par-4s, and two other double eagles.

"I don't know what to think," said Hocker, who works in the club's pro shop. "After each one I say it's over, and it keeps happening."

Friends and family, 15 of whom have witnessed Hocker's strokes of luck while playing with him, are equally mystified.

"It's incomprehensible this kind of luck could happen, but it does happen," said El Paso pro Steve Fulton. "There are other things in life that have been just as weird and eerie that have happened. What are the odds?"

Hocker said he's just glad that his club membership comes with "hole-in-one insurance."

That "insurance" means the club — and not Hocker — has to honor the golf tradition of buying everyone in the clubhouse a drink after an ace is made.

"I think the golf course is getting mad at me for all the drinks," Hocker said. "It's hard to talk about, but it's awesome to have it happen.

Of course, allowing sports stars to look their best goes hand in hand with pocketing a lot of money for it and it is an excellent opportunity for a company to extend its market and go global. Take American sportswear giant Nike: it has secured contracts with 22 of China's 28 sports federations to create outfits for the Chinese athletes competing in this year's Olympic Games. Not only is this a wonderful opportunity to gain massive global exposure, but Nike will also have the chance to boost its sales on the ever-expanding Chinese market, which is already the company’s second largest market after the United States. So, ready or not, we'll soon be welcoming a lot more fashionable athletes into our lives – and the question becomes, is the rest of the world ready for this fashion sports revolution?
